This group is intended to fight against rent control. We must come together to voice our concerns to the council members. We want to raise awareness to many home owners or property owners who are still not aware of the rent control issues. We also want to express our support for those Council Members that are trying to help rent burdened tenants while staying away from Rent Control.

It appears that five council members will decide the future of our beloved jewel city by possibly voting for rent control, which will hurt the quality of life in Glendale for many. If you want to protect your property rights, keep Glendale community to stay safe to live in, work and play make sure to pay close attention!

Rent Freeze
November 27, 2018
On November 27, 2018, the Glendale City Council adopted an ordinance (“Ordinance”) imposing a 60-day rent freeze. The rent freeze commences on December 27, 2018 and expires on February 27, 2019 (“Rent Freeze Period”).
